Project: TFMS

·   Developed/Supported TFMS - Traffic Flow Management System - A FAA project involved fight management for all flights arrival, departure, routing and rerouting to/from all the airlines and airport traffic controllers in United States. Using Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Linux, Oracle, Websphere RAD 7.0 for development and testing, simulating. The system receives inputs via JMS, from airlines detailing flight plans at different airports, and traffic controllers acting on instructions from the system on which flight is to land or take off at a given terminal at given time and the runway map. The system also receives flight progress, reroute and termination data,

·   Created web services and clients for the rerouting module, and the FXA module, enabling rerouting the fights in real time, to circumvent weather related emergencies and flight trajectories adjustments. Created web services using Apache Camel, Apache CXF 2.1, and JAX-WS to integrate the main app with JapiAdapter driven TSD terminals.

The document fragments captured were text and images in their original form, and were available to different committee members aiding them in their go/no-go decision on drugs in the pipeline for further research.
